Background spans statutory and group audit, Ind AS, IFRS and US GAAP technical accounting, business combinations, internal controls, and finance transformation through AI-enabled process automation, for listed, unlisted and multinational entities, before establishing an independent practice offering accounting, taxation, audit, compliance and advisory services.
